Starwars Concert Conseco
We went as a family to the concert and took our two Tampa Bay Buccaneers daughters/fans, ages 14 and 11. My 14 yr old, who is a musician, thoroughly enjoyed the music, concert, orchestra and choir when looking at it from her standpoint. My 11 yr. old enjoyed just as much the scenes on the large screen, the narrative from C3PO, the antics, etc. They loved it.
It is great to be able to walk around before the concert and see all the costumes. However, it is crowded, so the earlier you can go, the better. Characters and items were displayed all the way around the fieldhouse, which many people didn't realize. Most people waited in line where you first walked in the door, but we had better luck by passing on the line and walking our way around the fieldhouse, stopping for photo ops as we went. Make sure to bring your camera. There were many Star Wars characters standing around whom you could get your picture taken with.
If your kids are only into the cartoon Clone Wars series, you won't really see any of that at this concert. It was only based on the 6 movies. Talk to your kids about lines though and waiting their turns.
